The fastest way to request support with our helpdesk is to log a ticket. You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org – You will receive a reply with your unique ticket number which can be used to track the progress of your request. Once we receive your request, your ticket will be assessed in the triage queue and assigned to an engineer to resolve.
