Service Desk Support
If IT issues within your business are affecting your ability to do more important and productive work, we’ll be more than happy to take the pressure off.
Our first line support service takes away all the initial queries from your in-house IT team, with our staff diagnosing and managing the issues with a goal of immediate resolution. We’ll only ever pass anything back if it’s impossible to resolve at our end, so your IT managers will no longer have to deal with niggly issues that take ages to fix.
If you choose our third-line support, your staff continue to report IT issues to your team for attention at the first and second levels. Then if your team can’t fix it, they can escalate the issue to our third-line support engineers who will investigate the issue, then diagnose and manage it.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may engage other Couno professionals in finding the solution, work with the third-party vendor’s support team, or send an engineer to resolve the problem on-site.
